Returns & Exchanges
All purchases made on our website are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. We cannot cancel orders or process refunds for change of mind once they have been fulfilled. While we hope this never happens, if you have received a faulty or damaged item upon delivery, please contact us immediately and follow the below instructions. We will happily replace your item and process a reshipment of the same item at no extra cost. Please note that we do not provide refunds in this case. However, return shipping fees will be refunded for items acknowledged to be defective or incorrect. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.
- Email our customer service team at info@shopmacaho.com quoting your order number
- Attach a picture of the faulty and unworn item received within 7 days of the parcel marked as delivered
Kindly note that this policy only applies to faulty or damaged items received on arrival that are unworn. Claim must be filed within 7 days of the parcel being marked as delivered by the local courier service. Returns must be unused, unaltered, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving.
